I have had excellent customer service ever since I first contacted them via mail. Maybe your question is a bit off topic?
An other option: try posting your question here, Derek and Greg browse these forums once in a while.

good luck

I have pasted what i keep e mailing to different ernie ball departments ,I think you'll get the gist of it. Please help getting desperate --Hi i have been using your light guage thumb picks for the last 20 yrs or so ,being the only light guage thumb picks i know of .A few yrs ago i was informed by strings & things UK ,that they were no longer being manufactured ,and also music shops dont seem to be interested in stocking products that dont sell quickly. so i resorted to repairing old ones wth super glue, in desperation !! I contacted joel limpic ,a couple of years ago ,he informed me they had never stopped manufacture ,and he agreed under the circumstances to sell me a few bags direct .I cant seem to find music shops interested in my problem ,and as i now live in Spain the problem is compounded . Being a professional musician ,I desperately need a new supply ,as i am almost out of stock. I have sent a 6 emails to joel limpic but as yet have no reply . Could you please help. I can pay by VISA via fax .Best Regards Steve Elliott Thanks for looking

I think the best way to reach them, is call the Ernie Ball company. It may be an expensive call, but it will definitely solve your problems !

As brian has said Joel hasnt been with the company for over 2 1/2 years. The problem is that we dont make them anymore and dont have a single one. Have you tried any of DUnlops products?

yes sir ... many years ago - probably before this forum existed i called EB to see how i could get a knob-thing for my Sterling's pup selector and a few days later i had a baggie w/ 2 dozen mailed to my house.

ironically now that i have 23 spares the thing has never fallen off again LoL

:)

Somehow I missed this thread......must have been "out of town" on this one.

Thanks for giving EBMM Customer Service some slack. I am sure they appreciate that.

YES...most of EBMM is on the forum and they do answer questions on the weekends either through here (forum) or through e-mail. I have always gotten my answers when I e-mailed the right person.

Customer Service - Second to NO ONE!

hey Muso

I play with a "Muso" who always uses thumb picks. He had the same problem as yourself and went over to using a different type which he loves.

I'll phone him tonight and post details.
he gave me one to try, if my son hasn't borrowed (t/a lost) it, I'll scan it in and post a photo.

You know, many times on weekends, questions are actually answered by Dargin or Beth or even Big Poppa.

Just thought I'd mention that.
