If DT is co-headlining, I'll probably go to the one in NJ, but if they're just opening, I don't know. Either way this is awesome, and definitely an unexpected surprise!

That's a joke right? You don't actually think Iron Maiden would open for Dream Theater do you?
I probably won't go just because I don't want to have to pay an extra $50 to see Iron Maiden. Why couldn't they just do another prog nation tour?

No I wasn't haha

I know they would never open for DT, but if they co-headlined they would play equally long sets. Nevermind anyway though, it seems that DT is opening instead of co-headlining.

The nearest show to LA is in San Berdoo? Jeebus... would've thought they would have done something a little closer.

yes, they played the whole Number of the Beast album in Japan. You can get it on their ytse jams website.

EDIT; BEAT ME TO IT JONAH

FAIL!

Try again, you mutant lefty dullard. Number Of The Beast was recorded in Paris.

Anyway...it doesn't matter what show I go to, I'm either driving 4+ hours or taking a jetplane...

I don't recall...we'll revisit this later :D Now I've got an excuse to watch Live at Budokan again :D

Anyway. Back to the discussion about this EPIC TOUR coming up over the summer. I've never had the chance to see Iron Maiden live. I've seen clips and all, but it's just not the same. I hear they totally bring the house down.

Who wants to see JP out there jamming with Adrian Smith and Dave Murray? And what about James Labrie doing vocals with Bruce Dickinson?

GAH! It's gonna be so killer.

OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG... Oh man, I hate the Molson Amphitheatre, Frig! Massey Hall wouldn't really suit Maiden, though, I guess.

Must go! It's gonna be harder to get tickets this time, though : /

Bk, Maiden completely brings the house down live, its truthfully amazing how tight they are. Also, I didn't even think about the two bands jamming with each other. That will be the BEST if they decide to do that. :D

Oh I've got to get a piece of this show!!!

Though Maiden is not my all time favourite band (but love them!), they're probably one of the best shows I've ever seen!!!
