Nobody's flaming here. Here's something else to ponder. What do platinum albums have to do with the quality of a singer's voice a musician's skills? Britney Spears is platinum after all.

I did not call you out nor say you were doing that Cud....so, let's get that out of the way. I have seen too much of the your singer sucks and mine is the divine intervention on other boards, and quite frankly.......it's pathetic.

Quality of the singer's voice.....that is a matter of OPINION. Yours and mine may and will differ. I think Tate is the better singer when compared, but I like both Tate and LaBrie because they fit in the bands that they are in. You like LaBrie better, that is all good. I can't sing to save my life, so more power to the both of them!

Again, Britney Spears by all accounts can sing. It may not be the style of music you or I would rush out and buy, but she can sing. So, we may find her bubble gum pop not to our liking, but the millions and millions of people who have bought her albums are in an age bracket of elementary to low teen in age. Do they care how she looks, not really. The like her music. If she could not sing, she would not sell records. So, yes, Britney Spears is platinum after all and YOU and I are not........nothing else to ponder.

I disagree on the Spears thing...if she could sing, then why praytell does she lipsync @ shows and get caught.

I agree with wondering that myself....however, the platinum albums are still in her name.....irregardless.....I am not an owner of anything by BS....and that is what I think it is.....

Realize the illuminati at the record labels want people to buy bubblegum as opposed to artists with dissenting political opinions... :D Just another diversion....speaking of which, they really need to rename that stupid show "Making Americans Idle" considering the spoonfeeding needs to stop...

GC is blowing them out...kinda Mesa trying to do Marshall but it doesn't get me hot in the boxers if you know what I'm sayin'. They've just released a 50watt version of it, word is it might replace the others...maybe not but they didn't sell well.

OC's right, got it at GC. Went in with my son after we got back from ice-skating. I heard about the sale and hadn't been in for a good long while. There it was so I tried it. Actually tried both the Duece and Trident on display. I used an OLP Petrucci that was on a stand.

I just had so much fun with it. I loved the sounds too.

Ya know what I did? Instead of thinking about what model it was or what pro I knew that played one, I just used my ears and the amp came home with me. Man, this is the first sealed Mesa I ever bought. The last one I got at GC was a floor model. Mesa packs an amp like nobodies business. Super padding for everything, even the footswitch and cables. The tubes have red mesh covering them. Just top notch all the way. Just like our good hosts here! :)
