I just wanted to give a big THANKS to EB MM Customer Service. These guys are great. I apparently had a couple of items missing from my Axis yesterday, e-mailed this morning, and within an hour not only had 2 (friendly) e-mails from customer service, but already had my stuff on the way. That is some real customer service. I was so impressed. Between the guitar and the customer service, I think these guys have a customer for life. Kudos EBMM!!!! Hell, I even posted a thanks on my Myspace blog.

So thanks guys.

I emailed Dan with a question yesterday, had my answer within an hour or so. Phenomenal CS.

I'm not so sure.....they made me sit on a big, scalding hot, aluminum horse in the middle of a desert.... I guess I must've been difficult....;):D

I also think that the Customer Service provided by the UK distributors Strings n Things needs a round of applause. Good one guys.

Ya know it's the small things too like when I was after my EVH - I wanted to verify the serial number and had a reply the next day.

Beth has always helped me big time - CS is always 1st class!

I have been an Axis player since 1995 - I don't see that changing... ever! Gibsons/Aria's/Guilds may come and go, but there will always be an Axis!

CS has always been great, whether it's Dargin, Beth, Aziah, Dan or anyone else I've never had an issue. I must throw my $0.02 worth out there for Jon as well, dude knows his stuff, ROCK!!!

Yep, nice you found out quickly how great they are unparrelled in the business.

Everyone in CS is great and Dan just ROCKS, always take great care of me, hell now he is taking care of me before I ask, just suberp:cool:

I've never had to use EB's CS until recently. They are top-notch all the way!! Prompt, courteous, and professional. You guys ROCK! (especially Dan - haha)

Unbelievably, I already got my trem springs and allen wrench for my Axis; these guys must've sent it out as soon as they got my e-mail. Thanks again guys.
