No I think it's fine, The ad is mis-titled that's all. It's a year mid-2000 Axis (G10524). The tuners look totally normal to me, that's the standard shape pearl tuner buttons, and SLO silk screen is angled parallel to the tuners on guitars pre-2002. The recessed neck plate exists on a few year 2000 instruments that the database says are later than that. 2001, recessed would be a surprise, 2000, not so much.

That's pricey and not gold sparkle. There are other AL HH's for cheaper amounts. I believe it's El Dorado Gold.
