Already talked to my guy, I do believe a Majestic Purple 7 string Monarchy series will be entering the household as soon as is humanly possible! Royal Red is stunning as well, but I can't justify 2 red 6 string Majesties in the household at this point in time :-(

I'm a little bit confused about the text for the Cutlass. Are they talking about upgrades to the electronics compared to the Cutlass they released just last year? Seems like the two colors, red and charcoal, are already available?!?

Does anyone know more exactly what the differences are in the instruments for 2017?

I'm seriously considering getting a Cutlass these days, but would of course like to know what I might be missing out on, if I don't wait for this updated model...

I think the only announced change to the Cutlass that is not yet available is the addition of an HSS option to the lineup. I'm not certain about the coral red and the grey color, as to whether they've already shipped in the SSS models.

Per AJ in this thread, the HSS launches in June.
