Well the Norm Shredfest Tour is over. It concluded with the store finals in Phoenix last night. I feel like I gave the judges something to grade and it was a lot of fun. My goal was to make it to the store finals and I did it! There is, however, no dirt inside my clock as it was cleaned thoroughly. A 12 year old kid placed third and beat yours truly and a previous district winner as well. The guy who won was just scary good.
It's kind of depressing not winning and all, but on the other hand, I know that I am doing quality stuff. So I am one of the best amateur guitar players in the 5th largest city in America. Yeah Me!!!!!
There is going to be an encore performance on the World Wide Web this Saturday at Midnight PDT. I'll put that in another thread.
