I'm so looking forward to the wah.

I was using my M*rley one last night and I just can't get on with it anymore. Plus, it looks out of place next to the volume pedal!! :D

Well for the past 30 days (witch is long for me :) ) i have been using....

Hendrix Wah true bypassed-> Mi audio Crunch box-> Mi audio Tube Zone->Mi audio Boost n buff-> Barber Direct Drive with Burr Brown Chip-> loooper ABY -> A to JCM800, B to Korg DT-10.

I mainly use the Tube Zone for my main tone and the Barber for a lead boost

TC Electronic G Force and a Cry Baby cover all my bases.

Great sounds and midi presets and stuff makes for very simple patch switching live.:D

Well ... I'm going to amend my previous post with some pics. Here's the pedalboard (into a Guytron GT100-FV ... cabs are a maching OB & CB and an old Marshall 4x12 with pre-Rola greenbacks):

Guitar -> Tuner -> Wah -> Compressor -> RC Booster -> Phaser -> Buffer -> Amp

In the parallel FX Loop-

Chorus -> Delay -> Verb -> Volume (so I can blend in the wet signal or fade it out)

Mostly it's just amp with a hint of delay or verb. But I use the boost, phaser, etc. sparingly to spruce things up.

Also use the pedalsnake system to run cables back 'n forth. One cable runs pedalboard->amp, FX send & return and channel switch cable. Nice 'n tidy.

I also run a Boss Super Chorus in the loop of my Line 6 Duoverb amp:

I love the sound of this setup!

Thanks!

I was just using the rig pictured above for all of them. On the JCM800 emulation, with the Boss Super OD in the front end. The amp was mic'd with an SM57 into pro tools. I used my Red Axis hard tail and a 1mm plastic pick! I am glad you are digging the sound!

In fact, it was this baby:

A few folks pm'd to better explain my signal path chaos in my earlier post. So, here is the screenshot from the Switchblade editor for the setup used on the live clip of "Sacred Watershed" preceeded by the psycedelic intro our drummer calls "Little Black Baby Jesus":

The amazing thing about the Switchblade is that it can instantly reconfigure your rig mid-song. It is simply amazing. The free editing software makes it over-the-top clazy boss amazing.

For reference, here is the description again:
