This is my first post, I had done some research before and was disappointed. Geeker from the Line 6 forums told that they were making a left handed JP. I am so stocked, I already get screwed with guitars. I only have 3, dinky jackson, les paul epiphone, and a dean strat.

Thank you so much, time to start saving up being a poor college student :(

Thank you so much for the lefty JPs, Sterling! Now I can get this freak Tim off of my back! LOL! Kidding, Tim! You know I love your e-mails -- this is truly a hilarious person, everyone! I'm happy that you are going to get the guitar that you love!!!

Woo! I am so pleased with the amount of response this thread is getting! I want everyone in the world to know about it! Best left handed guitar... ever.

Beth, I told you... it's not me that's ridiculously funny. I have a crack team of comedy writers chained up in my pantry. They work for bagels and small change. It's a great trade-off!

My little palm pilot went off this morning to celebrate the anniversary of the announcement... but I set it wrong... it is supposed to be a yearly thing. I plan on celebrating every April the Eighth.

As of about noon today, both of my guitars are gone. I got rid of the Axis Super Sport Rosewood because it was a tremolo model when I wanted a hardtail, and it wasn't a JP6. I got rid of an I****z RG1570L because it wasn't a JP6. Now I am without a guitar until my Silhouette Special arrives this or next week I believe. From there, I will just wait on baited breath for the JP6 to see the light of day... then Beth will get a furious amount of emails from me to ensure that I get the first one! I am so excite!

1. did you sell the Axis to a forumite or did you sell it to your music store?
I don't give a sh*t about the Ib***z. you can use that for firewoood. :D

2. I'm sure the first one will kept in the "family", kinda like putting the first dollar you make on the wall of your store.

3. poor, poor Beth. :p

1) I sold it to the music store. They gave me a fair price for it, so I am happy. As for the firewood, rather than piss away a thousand dollars (like I did with a certain thousand dollar acoustic guitar that made its way over my balcony...) I also took it back to the music store for a return. I admittedly have done this a lot before, but that was because none of these guitars were the JP6. I am done with the trade-ins!

2) You are probably right. I'll gladly settle for the second one. Hahahaha. I'm just happy to be getting one at all!

3) You read it here... she loves my emails. She can't play it down now and say she hates me because it is forever solidified in the annals of the forum. Heh-heh-heh. Poor Beth indeed.

Hey, it's all good.

I too will be happy just to get one, or 5 of them. Lots of choices...

After reading and re-reading this thread a few times, I have come to realize that it is actually a very emotionally charged one. I didn't initially realize how sappy and wussy I was being, but it is evidently very apparent. Who wants to talk about big trucks and guns now? Hahahahaha.

I'm pleased that this thread has stayed near the top, so that all forumites can wander by and read about the most exciting news of my life. I can't bloody wait!

I don't think you sound wussy, you were just putting your emotions into words and being honest. nothing wrong with that.

"...now go home and get your f***ing shine box!"

We should get Ted Nugent along for the ride. That's a mans man!

So, I've been doing my duty to spread the word as much as possible about the new guitars. Looks like I may have secured a couple more buyers. I have a feeling I'm going to have to use mine as a demo for these people, but the voraciousness of my sell to them definitely gave the bug.

To show just how eager I am, I sold all my guitars. Now I've been without a Ball for over a week! ARRRGH!
