Interesting that you had a problem with a battery being shipped in the guitar. Ive shipped and received dozens of active bass guitars (and one JP13) with zero issues stemming from the batteries in any way. Weird stuff.

Anywho, amazing guitar. Nothing like a JP instrument.

I didn’t mention but I think whoever bought it originally swapped the batteries out for rechargeable ones and that may have been the issue
