Glad to hear it's okay! That bass looks schweeeet. :)

Para me, the new EB strap buttons are perfect. I just have to worry about my clumsiness. :p

Son you look great with that Ray. You are so tall that it looks like a Sterling.

Oh yea, I assume those weren't the push button style strap locks???? They seem safer but I have used both styles with no trouble in the past.

I've noticed with brand S strap locks which I use that it's a good idea to check my strap side every now and then. I've seen mine loosen up at nut to the point were it could've come loose....

BTW I'm glad to see I'm not a newbie anymore....

Actually some clear nail polish on the nut attached on the strap will keep it from coming loose and it's easier to bust loose than superglue.

Glad to hear that the bass made it through OK-it looks great in those pics from the gig.

Almost makes me regret not trading my namesake bass to Steve for the blank-plank he had-but it's much more fun to tease him with it. :p

Jackie....bad helpless feeling kind of like when patrol lights are flashing in your rear view mirror....Glad it made it ....

How was it on the bandstand? was it punchy?

BP, it was oh so very punchy, unbelievably so. Sounded so similar to the Single H Bongo yet completely different at the same time.

Erika, Jen and I were watching the 30th as it fell. It seemed like it was falling in slow motion. Not something for the faint of heart.
