Unfortunately, I was one of the knuckleheads that added a 'PM Sent' response. I guess I was just excited about the possiblity scoring a cool guitar for a great price, and I didn't want to let the offer slip away. My bad.

I bought an nice guitar off the for sale forums so I'd like to extend a thank you. It's great to have a place where MM owners that need to part with their instruments can come to pass a guitar off to another MM fan.

The only thing that I thought the thread could do without is replys to posts that would copy huge pics of guitars only to comment a few words at the end. I feel this added unnecessary clutter to the thread. However someone making comments without pics seemed fine imho but it's not my call.

I also bought a very nice Axis off the forum, two weeks ago. I am guilty of posting a PM sent message, but it was out of innocence.

I hate to see that go away, perhaps it can return with some firm rules?

Folks - We're all adults on here and we should be able to not post irrelevant stuff.

If we know it's detremental to the For Sale thread....don't post - it really should be self - moderating.

The For Sale thread is my favourite part of this site, just to see what Balls people are playing with and moving on is great......lets get it back up and running with a commitment to implement some sort of medieval instrument of torture on any who abuse....

Don't get your hopes up for the return of the "for sale" thread. All you have to do is read some of the asinine posts in this thread, and realize they are from the very same people who's posts in the for sale thread are what got it closed
