LisaIs said:The only thing that tempts me to sin like that is the weight of my Sterling. It is 10lbs and I am just under a buck so it is 10% of my body weight. I have a 90 minute gig coming up on the 4th of July.... God help me. I will suffer for that amazing tone. Nothing compares.

My fretted 4H is the heaviest EB I have owned so far, not counting the SR5 I had. Still, 9.2lbs isn't all that bad. Of course my fretless weighs a good pound less, so its all relative. Just another reason why my Fretless is the most outstanding bass I have owned.maddog said:I hear Bongo4H's are pretty light.![]()

Steve Dude Barr said:Damn it Tom....I hate trade-ins because I want to keep em...this is one nice Bongo.
LisaIs said:I do have a neoprene strap to help with the weight. I am shocked that a Bongo could be lighter. Maybe I should test out a Bongo. Thanks guys.
