She needs a full restoration, and a hard to find bridge, and yes the headstock decal is gone.

I don't know what your plans are with it, but I'll make a realistic offer if you don't have the ability to restore it.

That is my dream, to find a nice and abused bass for $20 bucks.

Hope you can make it work, even if you can't restore it to original. If the pickup and preamp are ok it will sound very good.

really,who replaces the Stingray bridge with a Badass? Thats such a step backwards.
The only thing I can imagine is that someone was having fun taking apart their bass and lost the saddles, so they picked up a Badass and replaced it.
I see basses like this all the time "upgraded" with a bartolini or EMG.
Basically that says to me the owner either had no talent or didnt know how to eq his amp right. Both those kinds of people like to monkey around with their bass (instead of on their bass!).
