I live on the B string.

I really like to end some of the songs with a big, fat, thundering open B.

That is, the ones that end in B.

Travis, I know you've done that a time or two. Do you REALLY wanna give that up?? Huh???

Ill still have a StingRay 5.

And right, now its just a thought. The funds will have to pan out first, but Im pretty sure my mind is made up that my next bass will be a 4 string.

May I humbly suggest that you consider one of the many fine 4-bangers in the "Sterling" line?

Yes indeed.

While Im GASing for a Bongo right now, I know that I prefer the Sterling tone. Id get good use out of either, but those Sterling necks feel like home to me.

Ah, it does my heart good to hear that!

Lord knows I love everyone in the EBMM universe, but sometimes it feels like the Bongos are taking over!

...not that there's anything wrong with that! (have mercy on me, O' Bongo-loving hoard!)

Why not got to Everything's Hysterical and see what they have!?! :D

They are idiots. I will never give them another dime of mine.

(For those non-Columbus, GA residents, this is a reference to our LMS Everything Musical. They know very little about the gear they sell, want almost list price for it, and wont order a Bongo based on its looks)

I was thinking along the lines of Local Music Store

They really said they wouldn't order a Bongo because of its looks? That's some crap.

We need a GC down here. They'd go down in a hurry.

Well, hello sailor.

might as well throw this one to the pythons.
Dinsdale was a proper gentleman...and what's more, he knew how to treat a female impersonator.

You know, I have played an HS Sterling and was surprised by how much I didn't care for it. Conversely, every HH SR5 though I have played I felt was outstanding. I think if I wanted a fiver I would go with a SR5 HH over a Bongo HH.
