(The meeting was attended by Big Poppa, Dudley, Jon watkins (enjoneer), Drew (drewbixcubed), Dargin, and Bill Scozzari. It took no time and of couse they stuck me with the check.)

I'm wondering if the BFR reference is actually a new color, does it have something to do with this post:

Bahama blue is not teal and not blue. It is representaive of he most beautiful water Ive seen. I 've taken several shots of the water in the Bahamas in order to duplicate.

The reason why we couldnt do it is that we had to have the guitar done in three days and we havent perfected the stain and did not have it in stock anyway. Also things you have never done before usually take longer and there is a learning curve even with a new color.

Remember this is the first prototype and may be the only one if Luke doesnt like it. If he does we will have plenty of time to perfect any new color offerings.

wow this is way cool, as i've only been playing balls for 18 months, the 2005 and 2006 LTD colours had be yearning for more each year, i was thinking just the other day what the guys would do for 2007, cant wait!!!!! I'm sure its gonna be amazing.

You LOVE doing this to us don't you! I would love to see the Sterling 5. I am not a bass player but I play some bass I have always liked the Sterling but wanted to have the extra 5th string.
