Hello All,
I just wanted to share my joy as I have received my Sterling HH (Black Cherry Burst, matching hs, black pg) last week. It is beautiful and absolutely blows my mind. I was going to keep my War*ick as a backup but now that I've received the sterling, I'm not sure I'd ever play it again! I'm thinking I may trade it in towards either an SR5 or a Bongo 5 once I get the finances built up again.
One question though about adjusting it. It has a great deal of fret buzz right out of the shipping box so I'd like to adjust that (if possible) myself. I know nothing about making those kind of adjustments and I wouldn't want to mess with the intonation or anything. Is this something I can make a small adjustment to by myself without bunging it up? If so, can someone please let me know how?
I want to thank everyone at EB for my dream instrument. I really couldn't be happier. My fingers hurt because I've been playing it so much and that hasn't happened in years! I'll try to post some pics when I get the energy to do so.
Best,
Ger
