Which Denver store did you go to? The one on Colorado Blvd is horrible. I will never buy a thing from them. However, the store in Englewood is excellent. I will only shop with them or the Fort Collins Guitar Centers because both of those stores have excellent customer service. If you go to the one in Englewood, ask for Matty and tell him that I referred you. He will take care of you.

Yeah, like I said, they are horrible! I can assure you the one in Englewood, even though a bit farther, is much better. Matty has taken care of me every time I have been there.
