Help setting up my signature

Don't know if one of the mods can help me out?
I am new to this forum, but I am a member of other forums and the whole makeup and design of the other forums is exactly the same and this, but for whatever reason I cannot set up my signature the way I want it. Clearly I am doing something wrong or do I need to be a member for a predetermined amount of time or post a certain amount of times before I get certain privileges?
