How/where to find the right nut?

I went to every music store near the place I live and still can't find the right Nut for my musicman cutlass 1 is there any special size to ask for this piece? can anyone tell me the right specificacions?? a website to order one? I dont trust on making one by myself from a bigger or thicker one.......
