I am very excited to try the new Cobalt flatwounds but do I put them on the Cutlass or the Silhouette Special?

If I wanted the true vintage experience I'd go with flatwound 12s on a strat. But I don't. With 9s I can make a better comparison to what I, and most people, use today.
