Yeah, it must be, l don't think l've heard Luke use a talkbox before, from what Luke was saying though, the producer of his album really pushed him to try different things.

I used to use one - beware they shake ya fillings loose!!

That's right - a classic Talkbox will literally blow your teeth out. Just imagine 100 watts of tube power blown directly in to your mouth. :D
My band's guitar player uses a Rocktron Banshee talkbox, which contains an own 5 watts, still loud enouth to reproduce the effect, but less harmful to your teeth.

Actually that's Luke's new cell phone, the Frampton "Bluetooth"!!

They passed a new law in California as of July 1, 08, that prohibits holding a cell phone and driving at the same time; it has to be "hands free".

Luke thought it meant while he was playing his guitar.

+1 on the radred! Especially the LE with the black headstock that's on the road with the man right now.

It's a Heil Talk Box. I was able to take a look at his pedalboard after the show.

No, I don't think so. At least I didn't notice any liquid flowing upwards in that hose! :D

On the Ever Changing Times CD, listen for it in Stab In The Back.

Thanks...that just settled an argument!! (That argument was: Is the solo on Stab in the Back guitar through a talk-box (or sim effect), synth, or a trumpet sample Pro-Tooled to death?)

PS Looks like I won the argument! ;)
