Guys. Please don't take my post as a negative against Jean. Far from it.

Rod...not at all. I'm just different in that I would chase a thief to Hell and stab him to death with Satan's pitchfork if it were my bass.

I am doing what I can and getting some information verified. I would love to say, "Yes, I got it." Now what if we can't get ahold of JF? He might have given up hope...I don't know. IF by some miracle I can get the bass back, I have it arranged for pick up. Then what? You know what I'm saying. I want this dude to get his bass back, but if we can't get ahold of him....then what? I only have soo many resources and Canada is big yo!

NOTE - the above statement is a just in case. I have not gotten it as of now...still working on it.

I will have an answer one way or the other.

so i just got off the phone with jean, and told him that he had a ton of people on the ernie ball forums trying to get his bass back for him....he was blown away by that.....he should be logging on here and checking in soon......

okai I'm on , **** , was I ****ed , yeah , I'm online now , if anyone wants to call me it 450 628 1272 ... I have the police not doing **** , they told me call the national police , national police said "no **** but call the Delta PD" delta pd says the officer in charge is out for vaccation , and **** , so that ain't working , the pawn shop opens at 10 Pacific time , i'll call them, I already loaded their answering machine

I work for purolator , so if anyone of you bought it or anything I'll pay and cover the shipping fees if in canada , if in the states , I'll manage to see what i can do ,

I haven't read all the new posts , I'm gonna, if anyone has a short and sweet resume to do , it d be nice haha .... yeah I was on yesterday , but as soon as I saw the EBAY thing I was off my mind and running aftet the police on the phone , which didn't help much if you ask me

Now it's time to go and pick up the bass.
The police won't help ? OK, take the bass by force (while having your invoice in pocket - and stolen instrument report receipt if you have one).
The pawn shop owner knows this is a stolen bass. He knows he is in a fraudulous situation. Would he be stupid enough to call the police if you take the bass by force ?

As far as I understood, several members here are ok for the travel to go and recover the bass. Great.

Hey, I remembered your post about your stolen bass, in the Vancouver area...

It's trans gold, it's in Vancouver, it's cheap, and it seems to be a pawn shop of

I don't think so. AFAIK, the pawn shop owner knows the bass is stolen, and he is warned about what he exposes himself to if he ever sells it.

Casse has a YUL air port sticker or something after the handle , the bass has a Steve's Music Sticker on it and a GakaR sticker on it ...

I would take it by force , but I'm back in laval ( montreal sub urb ) since march ... therefore police don't give a darn ....

should I 'll try to get in touch with the pawn shop too ... i dunno this is ****ing me up guys ..
