We made a couple of instruments for a VERY famous artist's bass player. Here's the first one. Let us know what you think and we'll show the other one a little later.

Holy balls. In every sense of the word.

It seems like you missed a great opportunity for gold hardware, though. :D

Very cool AJ! I'll bet musicman nut's circuits are overloading at this point.

Can't wait to see the next one.......

Very cool!

That looks like a good candidate for the next in the sparkle series!

Wow! I think it's a bit overboard, I bet a black sparkle PG would look great on that, though.

Lessee .... Elvis, Michael Jackson, and Liberace, all dead ....
so what other, presumably still-living, "famous artist" would
permit himself to be seen on the same stage with that thing ?

Oh yeah, Mick Jagger, he's kinda sorta still alive ... he'd do it.

Gold hardware would be lost, though, as it would lack contrast against the body and headstock. If the pick guard was a different colour, then it might work.

I like the gold sparkle for the main body, but I'm not digging the bass being THAT much gold. I'd prefer more contrast to balance it out, myself.
