Is there much tone difference from the basswood used on regular Bongos?
Is there an ordering window on this (other than 2012 as stated in the flyer)?
Premier Dealers will be able to place orders throughout the month of April 2012.
My question:
It may be too early to tell, but is there an estimated build completion on these orders?
This is pure evil. Wow.
Mahogany is one of those woods that can be light or can be extremely heavy. I have a bass that is mahogany that I had built in the mid 80's and it's one of the lightest basses I own. So, it all depends.
I'm still trying to imagine what a mahogany honey burst bongo would look like.
Yes...that picture was posted a while back with plenty of "I'd buy that in a second" statements.
Rethinking a Bongo 6 myself
These instruments are currently estimated to ship in August!
