I couldnt find them on the atrtists page here. Does EB still have them? If so, what string do Dave and Adrian use?

I don't know but I'm a huge fan, and when I see Maiden I have to get involved...sorry!

Hmmm...Iron Maiden...EBMM artists...did I miss something?

I thought they played something else other than EBMM guitars. Of course, I could have missed something (nothing new with me!)

I think he meant strings...I know Dave used to play LADO which I think were Canadian guitars...but I could be way off which is standard practise with me...

I have seen a pic of the blond haired guy from IM with a music man guitar once it was a silver one but I don't know it was a while ago ? I seriously doubt steve harris plays one though I've always seen him with precisions cept once I saw him with a 8-string bass I think it was an old Ibanez he took out for one trippy sounding tune that wasn't on the albums (so I was told by the guy with me) but my memory isn't too reliable.

i think hes a pbass w/ duncan quarter pounders guy

He may have signed something by now, but I havien't seen them since the 90's... I hope not though he played the Precision to its fullest "60's style" he is one of the reasons I tried bass.

Ha that's funny, I remember when I was a punk kid, wanting to start a rock n' roll band, I figured we could get by without a bass player, and then I heard Maiden for the first time...dang I SAW THE LIGHT :D Steve's a huge influence on me, and even though I don't play the bass, the bass tracks I do put on my cheesy tunes are inspired by his playing...often now when I listen to music, I'll not only listen for guitar and vocals, but also the bass, and sometimes, right off the bat!

I got an even better story. When I was a punk kid(18-19) I was in a Maiden cover band. I should try and find some pics. I thought I was so cool, long-ass hair, spandex, an '84 sunburst Les Paul playing at L'Amours. Fun, fun, times!

Maiden Rules!!

Now I'm friggin jealous...were you the Dave or the Adrian of the band?

Steve Harris is HUGE! I loved his agressive style and his speed and tone - without a pick!

While I am no longer into Maiden, back in the day they were on the top of my list, from their origin through "Live After Death"... His influence on my style remains and I owe my string/fret "snap" to him! ;)
