Issue with Majesty Neck

Hi - new member and Majesty 6 string owner. I purchased new in March and the neck has developed an issue where it is bowed at the high frets and arched at the low frets. It throws the intonation completely off. When the guitar is tuned all the fretted notes are sharp. Has anyone had this issue? And how did you take care of it? It is still within warranty, should I ship back to the factory? And has anyone had any experience with that and how did it go?
