Don't stop me when I'm close to The Edge:p

I'm looking forward to this one! Don't know much about that Jack White guy though... Must be getting old:rolleyes:

Looks very interesting. I'm not a huge fan of Jack White, but I can appreciate his work. Page and The Edge are living legends...

I'll definitely have to see this.

Jack White has the respect of many stellar musicians. I read an article where Jeff Beck was raving about him.

I didn't know Jack White was a good guitar player?

He plays guitar? Just kidding. Don't be hatin'. The White Stripes is one of those bands I just can't figure out. I get the appeal of many bands I don't care for, but that one boggles my mind. There's clearly something I don't get.

I saw Jack at the Grammys a few years back...they played seven nation army...and he was quite good on an entertainment level. He's certainly not going to appeal to people as a technical player, but he's got something there. DISTORTION...THICK DISTORTION. I would liken him to a modern version of a young Neil Young. Think "mr. soul"

He's the drummer in his newest band.

+1

I'm trying to reserve my judgement about Jack... haha at least until i've seen it anyway

Yeah. I do like that in the trailer he said something about tricking Page & Edge into teaching him all of their tricks. He knows where he fits in with that group at least. Plus, it was funny.

Yeah. If anyone is the student of the three, it's him.

WOW~~~ I'm the first to see it or what?? I'm going to say it's worth seeing it's a loud rock themed movie and shows 3 COMPLETELY different musicians talking about the EARLY days and influences each carry~tracks all from the early days to now and then has them playing together in the end NO ebmm in the show but hey it's got some good moments if you like rock and guitars you'll love it!~page may be old but he's still great and shows edge n jack a thing or two~I'm not really sure how jack fits in the whole movie but hey id rather see 3 other guitarists anyway shows lots of the recording and sounds and how they acheived them so like i said if you like guitars and music it's a good time you wont be let down~they only released it in a few select theaters so good luck finding it ~the "lemmy" movies coming soon too keep your eyes out for that the heart of rock and check out the anvil movie to see how the real rock n roll lifestyle is ~NOT so glamourous!

I saw this movie in Berkeley this past Wednesday. It is a must-see for guitar fanatics. As stated by Shredder, it's basically a documentary about Page, the Edge, and Jack White and how each view the guitar. Without a doubt though, it focuses mostly on Page and the Edge. I have to confess that I didn't know much about Page or Jack White before seeing this movie. I am definitely fans of both now though - especially Page. He plays some rocking riffs in this movie.

No Balls in this movie - but definitely still gotta go see it. The sound is superb. These guys make Gibson and Gretsch look good.

A Must See!

I just saw this movie and loved it! I think that it's a must see for all guitarists (bass guitarists will enjoy it too:)). Just a phenomenal movie with three amazing guitarist! BTW, I have a new found respect for Jack White.
