Hello all,
Putting an Axis SS, HH, Piezo trem on order this week. This will be my first EBMM.
The backstory: I play in a rock cover band in Atlanta and I wanted the one axe that can do most, if not all, of it. For the longest time, I was courtin' the PRS Custom 24, but the price always created issues. Saw lots of folks over at BAM and other boards showing EBMM the love, so I went to GC and A/B'd the axis and the CU24. As I love my strat neck profile for comfort and playability, I went head over heels for the axis. Don't wanna bash other company's gear, but the axis just nailed it (for me) for tone, playability, and price (which I think is kind of a steal).
Anyways, I'm looking forward to getting my order in, and then the 4-6 months(?) of anticipation.
