The Smoking Bug....He got a smoker form Big Poppa....He c ooked my Spatchcock Chicken last night and Cooked Prime Rib tonight....He is doing Ribs on Sunday.

I have talked to him as much this week as when we are in the middle of designing a guitar...He says its cutting into his practice but he is hooked. He sent me this tonight and I asked if I could post and he said sure!

Uh-oh, it's all down hill from here. Once you get a whiff of that cherry smoke and some rub under your fingernails you're hooked. Although I do find I end up playing my guitars after I get a nice long cook going. Doing one today actually. Big farking brisket.

Well thats torture ! I'm stuck here eating Hamburger Helper,

Kraft dinner. Americans invented Mac & Cheese. Canada call's

it "Kraft Dinner" Like it's some kind of gourmet thing. I'm waitng

on a JP BFR Trans black Quilt. Any day now...Will post photo's....

I made the Prime Rib photo into Wallpaper so when I eat the

cheese I can pretend it is Prime rib. I'm getting a really cool

guitar though !!
