I stopped by the Coachella office on MOnday and Scott hooked me up with some Hasty Bake (I think thats the name) seasoning/rub. Have some chicken I'm gonna try it on.

Also have some pepper plant garlic hot sauce which is good. very good.

its like a whole new world of spices and seasonings.

Wonder if it is the same guy that Nuno and Lynch had train them.lol Lynch still looks ripped these days but slimmer, does everyone remember when Nuno started looking like he was going to be in a Terminator movie, the boy was seriously getting big at one point. Sterling I have to admit you look like you hit the gym weekly.

When the hell does JP have the time to Smoke and go to the gym with the crazy touring and recording schedules? On this topic, I just finished my semester and have 3 months of catching up on whatever I have missed in half a year, and I will be doing some grilling myself. Also awaiting my late b-day present (a LUKE which I am dying to get) and I will be starting the P90X work out regime next week after I return from my trip to Canada this weekend :D. Would love some Prime Rib right now!!!

Thank you Sir, I sure will.

The Hasty Bake is outstanding on chicken breast. Not to hot and a real nice balance. Liked the way it added some carmelization.

Pat the Hasty Bake is great! I've been using Bovine Bold lately and that is a good rub, too. My favorite is currently Smoky Mountain all-purpose - it has some great bite!

Sidenote:
The following arrived today: 1 gallon of Big Bob Gibson's Red Sauce; 2lb of brisket injection; Poppa's fruit flavor pack; Poppa's hardwood flavor pack. It was certainly the nicest part of my day, seeing as how my house was struck by lightning last night and blew up the pump, wiring, and control box for my well, as well as my fridge. Now I'm off to the store to get some pork!

This one has Hasty Bake and cooked overnight for 14.5 hours @ 225, yanked at 195 internal - It was ready around 8am so I had time to pull it this morning before work. Naturally I had to sample it, and it is my best yet!

11 lb shoulder, 6lb sausage (added sausage at 5am for 2 hours until 170 internal) ---- My stag party is gonna rock.

Looks good Pete. Good luck with the lightning damage.

I'm getting ready to place an order with BP Smoker's for some sauce and spices too.
