So this is happening in both guitars when the signal chain is passive?

If so, the issue is likely happening after the guitar. Have you tried another cable? Sounds like something is grounding out. Try eliminating everything after the guitar- different cable, right into your amp, etc. Process of elimination.

Yes both guitars except when using active jack on jp7, which when toggle switched to d sonic and air all works great.
It’s only when using the passive jack when there’s low output gain and noisy volume pot. My JP 6 doesn’t have a piezo so it’s passive only.
When I plug my majesty 7 in everything is great. So I don’t know. I’ll try again checking the chain.

Ok, I may have discovered something. Hooked up my mark v mess and Everything works great so far through it. For awhile I’ve been using only an interface using archetype plugins to iMac, so it may be something in that chain.
Thanks
