ha! I was just as skeptical too. Besides the roasted maple neck/fretboard, the Axis is what threw things off, but then saw the cases with writing and linked them together with the studio photo. I didn't get John's invite either, we'll have to work on that to get him to open that case!

Yes the JP trem is nice but can go out of tune. Plus i like the stiffer feel of an FR

FR can't go out of tune? For me tuning stability is the same for both FR and JP trem.
