Recently bought a pre-owned JP15. The push push on the tone knob (mag tone) doesn’t appear to be working. Any troubleshooting suggestions? Going to try support but not sure if that’s an option on a pre-owned guitar?

Nothing obviously wrong when I look at the wiring.

Mechanically the push push is working. The tone dial part works. The splitting does not. Just does nothing.
