I think I can speak with some background on this question, and the answer is "Hell no." The idea got all sparked up over on the bass forum and no one could agree to anything and this was without anyone official saying it maybe could be done.

Try it over here and see. If forty people respond to the thread, you'll get nearly forty different ideas, some of them bordering on insanity, as to what the Limited Edition Forum guitar should be.

In the end, IF it could be done, it would still end up being something like a non-stock color. We're not going to talk the factory into re-tooling in order to install gear shifts, monkey heads, non-stick cookware, etc etc etc.

But I'm telling you - even with just a color, it would be tough to get agreement and then actual money down.

I haven't given up, although I might be lying about that.

thank you to the mighty cow god bovinehost for explaining what LTD meant. Now I feel really silly, since I have just revealed what a non-gearhead I actually am. I own exactly one, count 'em, one guitar and I haven't played it in at least 3 or 4 years. Suffice to say that the one guitar I own is NOT an EB.

Anyway, back to your regularly scheduled programming.

if someone does't have at least 2 songs...to PICK from that they like....let me know.
