Hello all-

Here is a preview of one of the Limited Edition 2006 instruments. We are still debating which pickguard it will get... more on that next week. Meanwhile enjoy the glorious gold hardware and sleek black finish!

The frets & nuts aren't gold???? *kidding***

Cool! I think it might look good in either clear or black pearl pickguard.

I'm thinking a gold mirror pickguard. If you've already got gold hardware, why not totally bling it out? :D

Very Nice - I had a feeling I'd see gold hardware
in the near future (looks like my old '85 IROC Z)

Thanks.

Damn that looks pretty cool. Cant wait to see that on a Silo, and with a nice PG. I guess Black PG would be the best for it to make all nice and black with Gold accents. So why arent the strings GOLD then  :p lol!?!?

Yeah, I think you have to go with a gold metallic pickguard...

or (and don't laught at me here..) what about a black & gold tweed sorta thing for a pickguard? Ahh, it probably wouldn't work with that shiny gold plate beneath the 'Ray knobs... but it might look good on other models.

I thought about a highly-polished black onyx pickguard, but the weight would probably be prohibitive.

Hmm..

How about a translucent gold plexiglass pickguard?

Somebody stop me...

Even the PU slugs are gold, but you need gold PG screws....
