A question here - just in case if my gold hardware become tarnish from excessive contact, will I be able to disassemble the entire bridge, mail to customer service, top up the value and get a new chrome one? I am not talking bout a piezo one of cos. Thanks for any input, knuckleheads!

That word "any" there almost got me to post what I was thinking, but I've been asked to play nice so...I'll just refer to BP's response to the adouglas banjo post a little further up the thread and then point out the one-year warranty and the fact that EBMM's customer service is second to none.

Thanks guys! Well I may have misrepresent myquestion. When I say excessive playing, I actually meant after 3-4 years, which the warranty could have void by then.. Think i will direct this question to CS.

Nevertheless, I am really looking forward to the final production pics!
