And where, by God, is John Freaking Worthington? In the cauldron of NOLA, methinks. Don't know if the inter-net is alive down there, but he'll be surprised enough when he returns.

Ok Kids How about if we really do this and make the target Jackies and Erikas bday?
We will post a poll with various pickguards...Dargie will be the final judge..we will have the order open for only 10 days and then cut it off......

This is almost as fun as a slip and slide in east texas in august......

Yes on the date and hell yes on the green case.

How nice it would be to take ownership of the basses at the BD party, but you guys figure it out.

Well, you know, I generally wouldn't ever consider buying a green bass but when I look at the "heart" involved and signifigance of this venture from a human standpoint I gotta have one.

Dargin's name on the headstock with delivery dates on Jack's birthday???

Man...that's almost enough for me to bust a tear!

I better be on the list already since I offered to put my money down 14 minutes after the idea was broached. :D

I still think Python would be fun.

And, I think a cream colored pickguard would look great. Kinda likea granny smith with a bite taken out of it....

Mine is going to have to be fretless, I think. Oh, and a green case would be righteous, but not a deal breaker. Tweed might work, too...
