life is not a dress rehearsal

Now what about autographs, is this something that you guys will address...or perhaps it has already been discussed.

Hmmm....Interesting question. Any chance that you EB guys could have some parts available for purchase - like trem covers, pickguards, etc. - that we could pick up to have signed?

Hm,

So, I read some invitations for a lift, but the major question is: what is, if you're really planning on picking people up at LAX, the deadline in order to arrive at SLO in time?? I've found ticks from LA to SLO round trip for 294$ with UA and was wondering if this is a) a good price for such a distance Cheers, Tom.

Let's say 1 PM LAX Time. If I have to I will turn in the rental car I am getting in Tucson and rent a van from LAX to fit as many as I can. Your word is good enough for me. And don't worry, I will let you chip in for gas. ;)

I hope I don't have to get out my school bus for this trip.

$294 (to me any way) is pretty high dollar for a 35 minute flight.

If you can find your way to Phoenix, LA or somewhere in between I'll give you a ride. Just let me know. I plan on getting into SLO by 4:00 PM on the 16th. SLO is 3 hours from LA and 10 hours from Phoenix. Use mapquest, do the math and tell me where to pick you up at.

Hahaha! Steve! If I sell gear it's to pay the rent since my company is in the process of decimating our office...I'll prolly be getting the boot after 9 fuggin' years spent toiling for their quest for world domination all to save a couple bucks...so unfortunately I have no extra scratch to spare...hey BP need a clinician?

Norm, hate to say it, but you'll be traveling in LA on a FRIDAY. Plan on adding an extra 60-90 minutes on your trip. possibly even 2 hours Worse case.
:(

...Keith, this not what I wanted to hear. Keeping Darrell patient in traffic is like getting Britney Spears to sing acapella.

Now, we have NorM offering up the rides...wondering if I should throw a Partridge Family CD together, since that what it sounds like the ride's going to be. :D

NorM and I have the rooms booked; we're gonna be chillin' at the Motel 6 in SLO North. It's got a bed for me, and a door I can lock to get away from some of you hoodlums, so I'm good. ;) As long as I make it to the factory and the concert, I'm a happy guy...oh, and I guess meeting some of you would be cool. :p

Looking forward to it, all!

It's a long way from Brazil to SLO.

Unique experience, but too much money and too short time.

If I was planning to go, must to leave here at wednesday or Thursday.

Sad..........

Oh yah it looks like I'm going I just need to work out the flight and what not.

YAH HOO!!!!!! I've been thinking it over the past couple of days and I'm like miss this, no way man!!!

P.S. Fred, thanx bud. :)

I agree...It can really be bad through L.A on a Friday

I tried to swing it, but, as the song goes "London is calling"....this is seriously work related and I will be overseas......certain "people" have caused my cancellation of the trip out to SLO, so I will be keeping my finger on the trigger!

I got the call today, as I was on stand-by for "just in case" and it looks like "just in case" is all my gear.

Then I am off to the land of much sand, yet again.

Sorry Big Poppa, but those were orders from a higher power, more so than you. I was sooooo looking forward to swinging this, but alas, I must do what I have to do. :(

Hope you guys have (I am sure you will) a GREAT time! :D

Wow Koogs ... hate to be one of those guys on your bad side! (Or a small dog that gets caught up in cords, for that matter.)
