Ok its time for the last minute push for the party of the year!

How many times do you regret not doing something that you know is going to be really fun?
How many of you wish you went to the open house?
How may lepers refuse to go to a leper convention?
Where else can you smell Luke?
If you dont go you increase NorM's odds of winning the DARGIE DELIGHT SILHOUETTE BASS!
If Tiffles can come from Australia, whats your excuse?
Dallas is a southwest hub and they have smokin deals.
The Harvey Suites is where they filmed Lethal Weapon (ok just kidding)
If you dont go you dont get to see Pete Dubaldo's sixth finger
How are you going to get the Free Biff Baby's Allstars/Cowpilot World Tour Collectable T SHirt if you dont go?
How long can your wife stay mad?
Who would miss watching Tkarter wheelin Grandma all the way from Kansas?
We have Jonguitarz, Dudley, Drewbixcubed Enjoneer Dargin Beth and Poppa under one roof
I guarantee great music fun food and libations.....

:(

Why can't I come? Because I'm just rubbish... and for 2 years on the trot I'm going to have to console myself with photos and video footage...

If there was any way humanly possible to do it short of selling a limb (but I'd do that too!) I'd be there.

I will not miss out a third time! (If there is a third time... please let there be a first time!) :)

Hello all. This is Siggy's wife, Amy.

What kind of wife could or would get mad at their husband for doing what they love? Yeah, I really am that perfect. :D

I decided to go also for that free t-shirt!! Does it come with a martini with Jack, Luke and Poppa?

And for those that missed out on the Open House, you are foolish to miss out a second time. It was a blast! Doug and I actually were on our honeymoon at the Open House. I'll say it again, yes I am that perfect.

Also, to motojunkie, tell your wife I promise not to get her drunk, on stage singing and ill...again.

I met Doug and Amy at the Open House, too. She's certainly no ball and chain!
;)

I'm leaving my wife at home this time, and bringing some drinking buddies/musician friends. Not that my wife wouldn't love to be there, but she rarely stays awake past 10pm.

Azzy, maybe you could stow away in DaveB's luggage? :D

+1
Fringe benefits! I'd bring scissors but the airlines won't let me.
EBMM Open House was the high point of last year, for sure!
Rock on! :D

I'm trying REALLY hard to convince Lynne Davis and Ed Friedland that the Dallas Fiesta is the place to be.

Anyone know this Lynne Davis person? She's HORRIBLE and MEAN. Ed, well, everyone knows that Ed is intolerable.

Doesn't Ed live in Austin? Texas isn't that big of a place*, so Ed needs to get his lazy behind to Dallas.

And, I like horrible and mean people.

*Hey--it's smaller than Pluto, and that's not even a planet, anymore....

I'd join in the fun, but I can't swing the trip time-wise or financially.

Maybe the next Birthday BAsh/Open House.

Although, I did just find a fare from Birmingham to Dallas for $99.

HMMMMM . . buy a new EBMM, or go to the TX BDay Bash . . . . . .

I'm sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ready for this.

Dammit, I need it right now.

Before I blow up the building I work in. Tired of working for a**holes! :(

*sigh*

/rant off

Hanging around a bunch of guitar players always puts me in a good mood. :)

And if I manage to jam some and not suck, all the better.

I just need to get there to get my heart slowed down. Going to have to layout of the gig this coming Sat. night just because I am at warp 10.

Ain't felt like this since the 70's. Might just be too danged old to be feeling like this.

You trying to talk me into a Jazz bass BP? :)

Luke kills. I wish I could get my guitar player to come along. He is good but could learn a bit.

My heart still races.

Lynne is even more mean and horrible than I am. Seriously... she's a great bass player and maybe Mr. LaRue will even have time to give her some more lessons while there.
