Lucious in CT this July!

Just got my tickets to see the man & Toto perform at the Ridgefield Playhouse here in CT on July 23. I've never been to this venue before, but I heard that it was nice. I looked at the website Ridgefield Playhouse and it looks like a cozy venue.

Luke, I'm lookin forward to this one, I've never seen Toto before. This is gonna be like getting that first surprise reacharound, hmm?

Hmmm....I must be missing something. I've been watching the tour schedule so I can catch a show in the northeast, and his website says he's going to be in Toronto on July 23. Was there a change?

Pete, I was thinking about going to this show after I saw your post. However, once I saw where the venue is I'm gonna have to rethink it, damn this place is almost in NY.

Oh well, I can only hope that they decide to do a show closer to Boston.

Okay, I'm far from being Luke ;-)
BUT it is an absolute must to go and see Toto live when you get the chance!!!

I first saw Toto perform on the Fahrenheit-Tour, must have been 1986 or something.
Up to that evening I wasn't that much into Toto but Luke just blew me away that night and when the show was over, my life as a guitar player was never the same!

Since then I have seen Toto like 20 times on almost every tour and I cannot recall one single concert that was not an absolute blast! These guys are so good it's almost unbelievable. Even if you watch them on different nights of the same tour, they alway keep changing little things, so every show's a little different!

I am from Germany and they constantly came over here to promote their albums, so every two or so years I had the opportunity to go and watch them perform, but as far as I know, Toto did not do much touring in the states for the past few years, so you wouldn't wanna miss that!

And you might even understand all of Lucious jokes

They were just in So cal. Missed Toto...but got to see Luke monster jamming at Dallas in November and with his fusion band at the Baked Potato in the SFV the night he recorded live 2 years ago.

I think I may have screwed up by not seeing him this time.
