Listen both Luke and I got emails from mr trem....Luke used it on one song thinks it has potential but is not ready to replace his trems. Please no more bandwidth for this guy or his issue
That was kind of weird. The guy is trying to come up with something new, and
you dog him like that.

I wouldn't say it's dogging. This is the EB site not the mr tremolo and trem/loc/olno/etc site. I think it's a great idea that people are trying to "evolve" the guitar, but I'm here because of my passion for EBs, not to accessorize. I can go to H-C for that ;)

Let's keep this thread about Luke and BP - two awesome guys! And CLB, for typing all those replies up - whattaguy! :)

I agree, it was a great read and Luke is one of the nicest & funniest guys ever!

I'm not talking about "accessorizing" either (even tho I've done it), I just think folks
deserve some respect, that's it & that's all.

WOW! Awesome big thanks go out to BP, Luke and CLB for all of their effort and taking time out of EASTER Sunday to answer questions from us! Simply amazing.

Although I asked no questions, I thoroughly enjoyed reading the whole thread. If I ever need the "Make A Wish" Foundation, I'm gonna ask for a night of hard partying with BP, Luke and all the rest of you knuckleheads! What an awesome group. Damn! :)

J dougee I didnt Dog him and I resent the accusation. This was a positive thing that has gotten hijacked, period. This was about Luke and his relationship to both our company, family, and fans. If we had been shown more respect we would have reciprocated in kind. I was reacting to Knox's whining and obsession with the issue. and not the future validity of the trem.

I have helped MANY people get ahead in this business in 33 years of doing this without publicity or financial gain. Calling me disrespectful on this subject is confusing to me. I guess we owed these people something. Final Final If Luke was wild and crazy about the trem they would be standard issue. He likes it, used it on one track, but prefers our trem. As the Trem evolves maybe someday they will be, just not now.

I think everyone who has posted regarding "this sidetracking" should delete their posts so that this thread and great event that BP, Luke & Casey did may remain clean and become a sticky for future viewers.
This is a shame. The complaining should have been done in a separate thread.

Somehow I missed this the other night, I'm an idiot. Oh well. In any case, regardless of trem discussion. Hats off for EB/MM, Sterling and Luke for even doing it at all.

Show me another company that does anything like this without it being some kind of promotion to sell something new??

You guys rock!

We will try to do better next Easter Sunday. We couldn't find anything to do on this holiday so we did this.

You obviously like the tremelo you asked about...Figure out why Luke may have passed over it and think did you want Luke to say something negative about it? If he thinks it is the best system it would be standard equiptment, he obviously doesn't care about it.

The sense of entitlement for something that costs zero money is amazing every day.

Knox I will give you a mulligan because you have good taste in your new guitars on order!

ok ok I give up what's a muligan? - is this some new model!?!?!?! - I would have prefered a luke!

+1
Let's celebrate the opportunity to get insight into a real pro's attitude and not get sidetracked by the small stuff.
