I want it noted that I left a phone message over a week ago on this and never heard back. I have a concern about my new Luke III I purchased a couple of months ago. The strings do not run straight down the neck. Everything moves towards the bass side until the low E is practically in the bevel of the frets. I had a Luke I and a Luke II before and I do not remember them being like that. The strings are spaced correctly at the nut.

Is there someone at Musicman I can speak to about this?

Just call customer service and ask to speak with a tech, they will get you fixed right away....Sometimes a VM can be a black whole due to no ones fault but technology....Get a live tech and youll be on the way....

We are here from 7 AM until 5 PM Pacific time Monday-Thursday. Fridays we are here 7 AM to 3:30 PM Pacific time.

@grittar: how did this story end? These images truly didn't look too good. Seemed like an improperly moving neck to me. Did you get it replaced or fixed?

They took care of me very well. They built me a new body because the neck pocket was the issue.

Great service. Hope you still enjoy your Luke.
I got mine last week - and unfortunately experienced the well documented issue with the stuck boost switch. Love the guitar, but am disappointed, as I believed this will no longer happen with brand new copies. Had to send it back to the distributor to get it fixed. No EB direct service here. Really hope it will get fixed properly, and hopefully it will last - this switch is a wear & tear part.
