Majesty 7 Piezo Low Volume For A String

Hey all,

I've never posted here, but i've e-mailed support twice on this issue and have recieved no response :(

I've had the JP Ernie Ball Majesty 7 for about 8 months now and just recently i've noticed then when in the piezo setting, the A string is about half of the volume of the other strings and very mute sounding as well.

Can anyone help as to what I could to help, i've changed batteries, strings and even examined the piezo saddles for each string but i'm no expert at all.

hey musicj10 i just sent mine back in to sweetwater and probably will go back to the musicman workshop to replace the piezo element on that. however id love to know what you did with yours. was really dissapointing to see a $2800 guitar fail like that in a week. but they are taking care of it i hope and i will get it back fast. again what happen to yours?
