Hi everybody

First:
I think the nut on my EBMM Majesty ist to low. I would like to get it about 1-2 mm higher. Someone an idea how to do it?

Second:
I got a dead spot on the g-string, eleventh fret. The guitar was pleked at Thomann but that didn´t help. The techs had no idea how to fix it. Someone an idea what it could be or how to fix that?

Thanks in advance :)

I would contact the EBMM customer service folks and discuss both issues with them. Link is in my signature.

yikes. Probably shouldn't have had a new guitar worked on by someone else......

Hi

great comment, absolutly senseless ;o)

by the way: it was the factory setup and the dead spot has been always there. Thoman is the biggest seller in Europe for music equipment. If someone knows most likely them. Bought the guitar in the USA, took it with me to Germany, noticed the dead spot at home. The Plekmachine was the best try, it´s not as expensive as shipping back to the USA.
