Hi folks.

This is my first post.

My local store has a 2012 limited edition MM Axis Super Sport in stock.

I contacted MM with the serial to get the specs which are as follows...

Mahogany body.
Pau Ferro fretboard.
Stainless steel frets.
Mother of Pearl inlays.
Roasted maple neck.
Classic honey burst finish.

Did anyone on here manage to get one when they came out and can offer their thoughts on it?

Thanks!

Hi.

What would be the best way to clean the neck since its unfinished roasted maple and a Pau Ferro fretboard?

Thanks.

Just a quick cleaning with guitar polish, maintaining with birchwood oil and wax.

And yes, i love my Y2D 2012 PDN!

Hello.

Would one use the guitar polish on the neck? Like the Dunlop polish?

Or just the oil.

I live in South Africa and products generally have different names here like for example we don't have Murphys Soap Oil which is shown in the EBMM video. What would be a substitute?

Thanks.
