I have a vintage '76 Stingray. B003930...Neck 7 Apr 1977. Body 14 Dec 1976 (signed "Joey").
What type of case would this have come with? Same black G&G? Thanks again.

It would normally be a black Tolex case.

1. E06771 - This StingRay 5 was completed on January 20th, 1999. The color is Black with the Rosewood fretboard. It was originally shipped to Guitar Center.

2. E95487 - This one is coming up as a StingRay 3EQ (4 string), is there any chance the serial number could be something different?

3. S00112 - This StingRay 5 HH Neck Through was completed on July 16th, 2015. The color is Black with the Rosewood fretboard. It was originally shipped to Sam Ash.
