Hi Aziah

I believe I have a 1989 SR5 but I'm not sure and I think its been refinished as well.

Do you have any information on 51394

This one was done on 9/20/89 and it comes up in our database as Trans Red, Maple Neck

I just got my brand-new Bongo delivered, but the serial F12347 looks a bit old. Can you adv the DOB, please.

Question about bass "number":

My reflex 5 HH which is on order suppose to be finished and waiting to be shipped to my local dealer (fresh information from my dealer) and got number 5356099

Q: what this number means? Is this new serial number code, or some kind of factory code, or order number, or...?

Hi Keko,

That number is what we call the Work Order Number. We assign one to each instrument coming through the factory so we can keep track of it at any step of the way. The serial number doesn't get attached to the work order until the final step is done and the work order is closed.

I just bought a BFR SR5HH, roasted solid maple neck (no rosewod fret overlay) s/n E76765.

Can you tell me when it was made and how many of this particular design were made?

DOB: October 22, 2010 Sorry, but we don't give out our production numbers
