It all looks legit but the whole 'no serial number' and some extra screw holes questions what it could have been?
Could anyone be able to help me with some possibilities?

Your Bass will be from 1980-82. Pre-EB serials were not recorded and weren't in strict chronological order. The lack of dates on both the neck and body are not unusual. The holes on the neck heel appear normal and very similar to pics I have of Pre-EB 4 bolt neck heels.
