is it ok to criticize? well... if its effect is positive why not. you see... if at anytime i take a look at musicman homepage i don't see no progress like it's just stuck with its uncool design. i think MMOL should change properly and also constantly. how's the transformation? it's not me though, who dictates. there are so many good web designer out there right. i think there are so many musician'll agree with this idea. pls consider... thx! go EBMM!!!

It's a good thing that the coolness of MM is not driven by the freshness of the website. Pretty much the same thing has been said ever since I've been coming here.

I joined in summer 2005. I'm not holding my breath.

No matter. I'm sure that whatever eventually gets done will be up to the usual EBMM high standards.

I figure that the crew has much bigger fish to fry, and that's a good thing. Music Man is a musical instrument company, not a web design firm. The resources are going where they should IMHO.

Yeah,

I personally don't mind the unchanged nature of the current on-line site, however, in this day and age, there is really no choice in the matter.

Most all customers think "on-line", so a company (just like a retail outlet store) must present itself as "in the moment, fresh and inviting" when customers walk (click) in to their store !!

Go Musicman - always the front runner!!!!:)

the only thing that sucks for me is that i can't see all the finishes that are available. I want to buy a second stingray and i don't know what color to get. Im thinking natural with a black pick guard.

well i know it exactly. but music identical with aesthetic right? that's why the site needs to upgrade in order to represent aestheticism.

I am just glad they keep coming out with cool and fresh new products and ideas. The guitar/bass/strings and what not are the tools we use to make and play music. Not the website. I can see the site not have the highest priority, but I know it is being worked on. Patience my friends....it will get here in due time.
Pops won't release a new site if it is not up to EBMM standards.

I'm a part time web designer, and I will say...there's a lot more to it than just sticking up a new site and some pictures...especially when you have one that's full of content and interactive with the end user.

I'm looking forward to it...I think it's an important tool that BP or anyone at EB is NOT taking lightly.

I say get rid of the web site altogether!!!!

We Musicman players don't need no "stinkin'" web site!!

Just send me ANY MM guitar, any color you want and I'll be happy!! Yeah, that's right!!

Well, can I at least pick out something?? Darn it, where's that new web site at?? LOL:):)

If the web site does its job -- it's easy to navigate and provides useful information -- who care what it looks like. It works. That's all that matters. It doesn't have to look pretty with a a lot of fancy animation and different colors.

Take a look at the Fender web site for example. There's a lot of great info there, but man is it a pain to navigate.

Yeah everyone says they want change now....but a few weeks after it happens everyone will want the old one and we will be given "MM Online Classic" and "New MM Online" will be replaced by "MM Online Clear". Then "MM Online Zero".
Yes it's true, Montana is just that boring of a state LOL.

dep the web site is under way...stop with the big words....How long did it take you to spell
that last one!

i think dep right. we should do what he did for years ago. EBMM should lead instrumentally, commercially and also virtually.
